Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus performance-based bonus

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant to support our Finance Manager and Office Manager. This position will also involve occasional assistance to our Lifestyle Team with client-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing petty cash and reconciling accounts
- Credit control, including payment follow-ups
- Generating financial statements and processing invoices
- Handling large volumes of data entry with accuracy
- Supporting general office management, including ordering supplies and maintaining office systems
- Assisting the client-facing team with various projects, including travel and cultural research
- Running errands across London and overseeing work at clients’ properties
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role is desirable
- Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail
- Highly proactive with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
